Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Processing: The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item. We will ship the new product to you, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom Products (POD): As these items are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Dropshipping Orders: Dropshipping orders cannot be returned or exchanged once payment is completed, as they are shipped directly to your customer.
